Emory Hillel
Emory Hillel is the organization that provides religious, cultural, political, social, and Israel-related programs on campus for Jewish students. Contact Michael Rabkin, director, (404.727.6490).
Jewish Educational Alliance
The Jewish Educational Alliance provides a variety of programs that represent all streams of Jewish thought. The main function of the organization is to provide a forum on Judaism's approach to everyday issues. The Jewish Educational Alliance also offers traditional Jewish events such as morning prayer, Shabbat meals on campus, a weekly kosher lunch with lively discussion, and music shows. Reform Jewish Students Committee
The Reform Jewish Students Committee (RJSC) is a community of Jewish students, offering educational, spiritual, and social programs to allow intimate gatherings in which to explore Jewish life and personal Jewish identity. In addition, RJSC provides students with Shabbat services every Friday night for those students who wish to pray in an intimate setting. Every fall, RJSC provides a Reform Rabbi to lead Reform High Holiday services. Other events throughout the year include Havdellah services with camp fires, mezzuzah making, a trip to a comedy club, and bagel brunches.
