Diwali Lunch and Learn

Join the Department of Middle Eastern and South Asian Studies Professor Harshita Kamath, Dean of Religious Life The Reverend Greg McGonigle, and Emory Indian Cultural Association Cultural Chair Tanu Pendharkar for a discussion on the Hindu Festival of Lights, Diwali. Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur Lunch and Learn

On Tuesday, September 15th we enjoyed the Office of Spiritual and Religious Life new Jewish Chaplain, Rabbi Jordan Braunig, and The Rev. Greg McGonigle, Dean Of Religious Life in a session on understanding Jewish high holidays. This event was hosted by the Emory Graduate Student Government Association and the Office of Spiritual and Religious Life.

Eid Al-Adha Lunch and Learn Recording
Hosted by the Emory Graduate Student Government Association and the Office of Spiritual and Religious Life, Dr. Isam Vaid, Muslim Religious Life Scholar, and The Rev. Kevin Crawford, Assistant Chaplain, held a lunch and learn session on Tuesday, August 18 around Eid al-Adha in order to promote a better understanding of the Muslim holiday for graduate and professional students.
